• Delivery Method: Once your purchase is confirmed, a download link for your theme's .zip file will be sent immediately to the email address provided at checkout.

• Confirmation: You will also receive an order confirmation email containing your receipt and a link to your digital assets.

2. Shipping Costs

• Always Free: There are no shipping fees, taxes, or handling charges for any of our digital products, regardless of your location.

3. International Orders

• Global Availability: Our digital themes can be purchased and downloaded from anywhere in the world. There are no customs duties or international shipping restrictions.

4. Troubleshooting Delivery

• Missing Emails: If you do not receive your download link within 5 minutes of purchase, please check your Spam or Promotions folder.

5. Installation Service

• Turnaround Time: If you have purchased our Pro Installation Service ($18), our team will reach out within 24 hours to begin the setup on your Shopify store.
